夏のヴァージョン･アップで Skype に対応したばかりの Mixlr でしたが 今度は「電話対応版」を出してきました。この新しいヴァージョンは正式にリリースされたものではなく、希望者だけに配布された「Version 24 alpha 6」と名付けられたトライアル版ですが、コレを使えば「生放送中にリスナーからかかってきた電話を配信に乗せる事ができますよ」という事らしいです。ただ Skype なら無料で通話できますが、電話となると普通に通話料金が発生します。わざわざお金を払ってまで番組に参加したいと考えるリスナーがどれほどいるのか（少なくとも僕はタダが好きです）‥‥という問題はありますが、とりあえず「試してみたい」と申請を出しておいたら、電話番号とトライアル版の入手先が送られてきました。
で、さっそく実験してみたんですが、配信中にこの電話番号に電話をかけてみたところ「この番号は現在使われておりません」と言われるワケでもなく、10秒ほど「通信中」と表示された後に「ピー」と鳴って切れちゃいます。「Radio Kudos!」メンバーのちるにーさんも、昨夜このトライアル版を使って配信なさっていたので、ちるにーさんに割り当てられた番号を教えてもらって、試しにかけてみましたが、やっぱり繋がりませんでした。ま、この機能が「喉から手が出るほど欲しい」という事でもないので、上手く行かなくても全然オッケーなんですが、ナゼ今あえて「電話」なのか‥‥という所がとても気になっていたりします。
