僕のポッドキャストの制作環境をご紹介します。まずは写真をご覧ください。上半分のオレンジ色の文字がソフトウェア、下半分の白い文字で書かれているのがハードウェアの名前です。
パソコン（Mac mini）の USB 端子には USB アダプターが接続してあります。このアダプターにはスピーカーとヘッドセットがつないであります。通常の番組収録ならこれでオッケーですが、屋外で録音する場合や、何人かでテーブルを囲んでトークする場合は IC レコーダーを使います。
次は編集についてです。ここからはソフトの話になります。ヘッドセットや ICレ コーダーからパソコンに入ってきた音の編集に使うのが「GarageBand」。このソフトでトークを切り刻んだり、音楽を入れたり音質の調整をします。
GarageBand での編集が終わったら、いったんファイルを書き出し、今度は iTunes でそのファイルを MP3 にエンコード（変換）します。そしてその MP3 データをブログにアップすれば配信完了です。
さて、Fredio の特徴は何と言っても「Skype」を使って番組を作ってるところなんですが、Skype の通話を録音するために使ってるのが「Audio Hijack Pro」という「音声キャプチャー」ソフトです。コレを使えば Skype だけでなく、他のソフトから発せられるあらゆる音声を録音する事ができます。例えば「テキストエディット」に入力した文章を、スピーチ機能を使って読み上げさせ、それを録音する事も可能です。Fredio の番組中、ロボットみたいな声や、外人風のちょっと変な声が登場する事がありますが、アレも Audio Hijack Pro で収録しています。
細かく説明すると、かえってわかりにくくなりそうだったので、敢えて大雑把に書きましたが、これが僕の番組作りのだいたいの流れです。

Next is about editing. From here you will be talking about software. "GarageBand" is used to edit the sound that entered the computer from the headset or IC recorder. This software cuts talks, puts music and adjusts the sound quality.
Once editing in GarageBand is complete, you can export the file once and then encode (convert) that file to MP3 in iTunes. And if you upload that MP3 data to your blog, delivery is complete.
Well, the characteristic of Fredio is that I'm making a program using "Skype", but what I use to record Skype calls is "Audio Hijack Pro" "voice capture" software. If you use Kore, you can record not only Skype, but all sounds emitted from other software. For example, it is possible to read out sentences entered in "text edit" using the speech function and to record them. During Fredio 's program, there are things like robots and foreigner - like strange voices appearing, but also recorded by Audio Hijack Pro.
When I explain it in detail, it seemed to make it harder to understand, I dared to write it roughly, but this is the general flow of making my program.
