本サイト「Talk! Rec! Up!」は 2018年１月にスタートしました。運営･管理しているのはポッドキャスト歴13年、ネットラジオ歴５年ほどの「ひげフレディー」という一介の配信者です。「インターネットを使った音声配信」という意味では「ポッドキャストもネットラジオの１種」と捉える事ができるかもしれませんが、とりあえず本サイトでは「ストリーミングによる生配信」を「ネットラジオ」と呼ぶ事にします。
「ポッドキャスト元年」とも言える2005年からの数年間は、ポッドキャストにまつわる情報を提供してくれる日本語のサイトがいくつもありました。またポッドキャスター自らがブログなどで情報発信する事も珍しくありませんでしたが、そうした情報サイトは次々に姿を消し、ポッドキャスター自身も配信を辞めてしまったり、あるいは続けていたとしても、ポッドキャストをネタにブログを書く事が極端に少なくなってしまったように思います。
昨今海外ではふたたびポッドキャストが注目を集めているようなので、外国語に堪能であれば情報収集に困る事はないでしょうが、いかんせん僕にとってはいささか敷居が高い。という事で「誰も発信してくれないのなら自分で始めよう！」と一念発起。ポッドキャストとネットラジオに関わる Tips や情報を発信するサイト「Talk! Rec! Up!」を起ち上げるに至りました。
また、情報量としてはほんの僅かですが、本サイト開設以前（2005〜2017年）のトピックも、僕のブログ等から記事をピックアップし、時系列に沿って転載しておきましたので、ポッドキャスト誕生からの10数年間をサラッと辿ってみるのも面白いかもしれません。
なにぶんにも僕は、単に趣味で配信しているだけの一般人なので、特別な情報入手ルートを持っているわけでもありませんし、お伝えできる事もたかが知れていると思います。もしかしたら聞きかじりのアヤフヤな情報や、誰の役にも立たない偏ったノウハウしか発信できないかも知れませんが、ポッドキャスターやネットラジオ配信者、そして「私も始めたい♪」と思っている予備軍の皆さんのお役に少しでも立てれば幸いです。

It seems that podcasts are attracting attention again abroad in recent years, so if you are proficient in foreign languages you will not be having trouble gathering information, but for me it is somewhat harder for me. With that saying "Let yourself start if you do not send anyone!" We have launched the site "Talk! Rec! Up!" Which sends tips and information on podcasts and net radio.
Also, although it is only a small amount of information, the topics prior to the establishment of this site (2005 - 2017) have also been picked up from my blog etc. and reprinted along the time series, so this 10 It might be interesting to follow Zakkuri a few years of history.
Naturally I am an ordinary person who only delivers it as a hobby, so I do not have any special information obtaining route and I think that it is also known that things that I can tell you. Perhaps we can only hear ayahiya information and biased know-how, but it's a bit of a role for the reserve forces who are thinking of pod casters and net radio distributors, and "I also want to start" ♪ But it would be greatly appreciated.
